- Changed the reloading command to be /punishmentreload or /punishreload
- Improved punishment lookups from players histories by ignoring capitalization, trimming extra spaces and looking up if the punishment reasons are somewhere contained in the player's punishments, rather than the punishment reasons having to be exactly the same on th config and the histories (this should help with accuracy if you are adding the plugin to a server that has been running punishments without the plugin for a while)
- Added a console message with how many rules it is able to load from the config, as well as a warning message if the plugin fails to load any rules.
