The Admin Control Panel is now complete.

Previously, the Total Tax Collected menu existed but was marked as pending.
It is now fully implemented.

💰 NEW: Automatic Debt Liquidation System

Servers with land taxes need real consequences. Now they have one.

⚠ If a player's balance reaches –20,000, liquidation begins automatically.

This prevents:

• Players abusing negative balance

  
  

• Permanent tax evasion

  
  

• Economy collapse from unpaid land

  
  

🔧 How Liquidation Works

When debt hits the configured threshold:

✔ Player is flagged as In Liquidation
✔ Their owned ARM regions are processed
✔ Tax continues to be collected until resolved
✔ Optional future expansion: region repossession support

This makes ARMTax a real economic system, not just a money drain.
