ExtraFireworks 1.3.1 - Allow registering and unregistering custom effects on config reload
- Allow registering and unregistering custom effects on config reload. Previously they would stay registered until restart.
Please note that unregistering an effect makes existing fireworks with that custom effect no longer display any particles! - Fix that removing the default custom effects did not fully work
