InfiniteVehicles No TexturePack 2.3.0

Changes:

• Fixed crash that could occur every few minutes with multiple vehicles loaded
• Fixed vehicles facing the wrong direction after server restart
• Fixed vehicles driving off on their own after a player exits
• Fixed deleted/picked-up vehicles reappearing after re-entering the area
• Fixed "Invalid material: CHAIN" warnings for Choppa, Tank, Desert, Truck, and UPS vehicles
• Fixed vehicles getting stuck on fences, walls, and thin blocks
• Fixed vehicles having no air resistance while airborne
• Vehicles now face the direction the player is looking when spawned
• ModelBuilder saveTo now automatically creates vehicle and spawner item configs
