Reload command fix
The command "/spawnershutdown" previously displayed a reload message even if the plugin was not actually reloaded. However, now it will not display any message unless the full command "/spawnershutdown reload" is used.

Bug fix
Fixed a bug where the spawner would not give the correct value and would return pig if a player was in survival mode.
