AxCalendar 2.7.1

- Reworked a lot of the internals
- Made it possible to set the "amount" of items in the gui
- Improved the performance of the gui updater

- Updated the command library, this fixes the random exceptions that many users have reported. Also if you enter the wrong subcommand arguments, instead of giving a 'unknown command' now there is more information on what are you missing.

- Fixed head textures not showing up in gui.

- Rewrote the date system, now it uses ZonedDateTime
- Now you can set max-accounts-per-ip to -1 to disable it
- Added a new setting: timezone-offset
- Added a command that can be useful to report bugs: /axcalendar debuginfo

- Added a new config option: claim-requirements 
- With this new option you can set a minimum playtime and a needed permission that players need to claim presents

- Added [PLAYER] and a [SOUND] to the actions list

- Disabled the auto config updater for the messages.yml, because it was resetting parts of custom configs

- Added a new admin command: /axcalendar reset <player>

- Made it possible to remove the filler and the other items section
