- Improve handling of unreliable time-formatted placeholders
- Fixed 1.19 api not being used for head items (armorstand)
- Refresh positions less often
- Fix error with hanging signs
- Added fetch-prefix-suffix-from-vault option to config (allows you to not fetch prefixes/suffixes from vault, enabled by default)

- Fixed the config failing to update if there are unique characters (e.g. database passwords)
- Ignore commas in the time format
- Use less threads when resetting
- Support 00:00:00.00 format
- Add only-register-lpc-for to config, allowing you to only compute luckperms contexts for certain boards (or even certain types)
- Made the loading text configurable
